I founded Underground Eats to push the boundaries of unique dining experiences in a culinary-obsessed New York City and beyond. Our members-only community of over 20,000 gained access to our eCommerce and content platform where we curated, promoted, and produced over 500 experiential dining events in just over two years. Collaborating with top consumer brands and chefs, UGE built an engaged audience to connect brands to mind-blowing culinary experiences.  

Chef collaborators include: Sean Brock, April Bloomfield, Mario Batali, Marc Forgione, Marc Murphy, Justin Warner, Pat LaFrieda and Michael Anthony. 

Brand Partners include: Vanity Fair, Ralph Lauren, Chivas, ABSOLUT, Anheuser-Busch, Moet-Hennessy, Patron Spirits Company, William Grant & Sons, Reidel and Nestlé. 

UGE was featured in The New York Times, Vanity Fair, New York Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, Forbes and The Huffington Post among others. We were also featured on several TV shows and produced pilots for two reality TV shows for the Food Network.
